Judgement, not instruction
Guides here help you decide which cut to ask for. They are not step-by-step instructions, and they do not cover colour, bleaching, perming or extensions as procedures. A stylist who can see your hair in person always outranks anything written here. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and hair loss, scalp conditions and regrowth are deliberately out of scope — take those to a doctor or a trichologist.
